When will I receive my order?
Most purchases are shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order (during normal business days M-F) via Fed Ex or USPS with most arriving within 2-5 business days. In some circumstances, delays with these carriers may also delay your package. Keep in mind that orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the first business day following the holiday or weekend. During extremely busy order times, processing times may increase. Tracking numbers are sent late afternoon of the day the order is processed.
Individual requests for tracking numbers will not be answered in emails as we send and attach tracking numbers to all online orders once they have shipped.
In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to lack of availability. Items that are on backorder, will be shipped when they are in stock. In the event of a back order, we will notify you by mail or email.
*When ordering, you must include a telephone number and email address so that we may contact you if there is a question or if the shipping company should need to contact you regarding a shipment. We do not sell or divulge telephone numbers to other companies. They are for ordering and shipping information only. Your phone number will be included on your shipment label for the purpose of USPS or Fed Ex contact in case of delay or other shipment questions. If this poses a problem, please notify us and we will not include your telephone number on the shipping label.
