  • Enviro-Safe Proseal with Dye VS for 1234YF repairs minor leaks in R1234YF automotive a/c systems
  • Even though Proseal with Dye VS for 1234YF can form a seal on the schrader valve, when you hook up to it the seal will release and allow you to use the schrader if necessary. If there is still Proseal with Dye VS for 1234YF in the system it will reseal the schrader.
  • Can form a seal on the schrader valve, when you hook up to it the seal will release and allow you to use the schrader if necessary. If there is still Proseal with Dye VS for R1234YF in the system it will reseal the schrader.
  • Proseal with Dye VS for R1234YF uses a precisely selected, fluorescent-yellow dye that is highly visible and is the same dye used by auto makers in car A/Cs
  • While the dye is highly visible, and in most cases, able to be seen with the naked eye, the use of a blacklight as well as UV glasses does make it much more visible.
  • For best results, use Enviro-Safe Prodry VS for 1234YF BEFORE using the Enviro-Safe Proseal with Dye VS for 1234YF to remove any moisture in your system. Moisture is corrosive and no one wants that in their system!

Directions for Use:

Check system pressure and make sure system is charged properly before installing product. Make sure system is off before connecting to the system.

 
1. Make sure piercing device it threaded up all of the way before screwing the can on. Install can tap valve and charging hose. 
2. Install charging hose on low pressure valve. 
3. Puncture can and back valve out to allow refrigerant to completely fill the can. 
4. Invert can and shake well. 
5. Start A/C system. 
6. Install all of product from can. 
7. Fill system pressure to manufacturer specification. 
8. Run compressor for a minimum of 30 minutes to circulate product.
9. Turn can tap valve all the way down. 
10. Disconnect from low pressure valve. 
11. Disconnect can from tap and hose. 
12. Replace cap on low pressure valve. 
13. Dispose of contents/container according to local, regional, national, and international regulations.
