ProSeal

Designed to repair minor leaks in the evaporator, condenser, connecting fittings and metal lines. ProSeal was designed to save the consumer the burden of costly repairs in the form of replacement parts and expensive service labor. ProSeal can be used in all air-conditioning systems.  (R12, R134a, R22 or R502) (also works in 410a systems, but you MUST CALL for instructions)

If the system has leaked to zero, you must use Pro Dry also.

To be used in conjunction with Enviro-Safe ProDry.

Enviro-Safe ProSeal comes in 4 ounce aerosol, 8 ounce concentrate, and 1/2 ounce vacuum sealed cans.

The 4 ounce aerosol can contains enough ProSeal to repair small leaks in 3 or 4lb a/c systems.  The 4 ounce Pro Seal contains 3.5 ounces of ES refrigerant which is equivalent to 10.5 ounces of R12 or 9.1 ounces of R134a.

ProSeal VS is a vacuum sealed can that is made for single use and may be used in most a/c systems such as R12, R134a, R22, and R502.

The 8 ounce concentrate is packed in a convenient size container for the professional a/c technician.  Install with a universal dye/oil injector tool.

For installation: 

• Install Pro Dry first (if using Pro Dry)
• Run Unit 30 minutes
• Install Pro Seal next
• fill system to manufacturer's specs with refrigerant
• run unit with compressor running for a minimum of 45  minutes

For Vacuum Seal product--must be used in non-back flow device hose (should be able to blow through each end of hose).  We recommend the R12/22 charging hose available on our website under A/C Tools then hoses.

for the 4 oz. product--hooks to regular system with a 134a tap

for the 8 oz. product--use in conjunction with the injector tool (found under A/C Tools then "Tools")
